If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the order, contact support@earnsitskeep.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
For hygiene reasons, opened disposable replacement heads may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights under applicable law. Do not mail a return until support provides instructions.
