TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service govern your use of earnsitskeep.com and purchases from Earns Its Keep, operated by Jay Terrell. Earns Its Keep is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the website, checkout, and related services. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the site, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

SECTION 1: ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use the site or place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

SECTION 2: PRODUCT INFORMATION

We work to present product descriptions, images, contents, colors, dimensions, availability, prices, and limitations accurately. Screens, manufacturing batches, and packaging can create reasonable differences. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time. Product images and descriptions do not create a warranty beyond any warranty expressly stated or required by law.

Follow all product instructions, warnings, and care guidance. Toilet-cleaning heads must be disposed of in household trash and must not be flushed. Test cleaning tools on an inconspicuous area before using them on a new or delicate surface. Keep cleaning products and used heads away from children and pets.

SECTION 3: ORDERS

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, delivery restrictions, or inability to meet the stated delivery expectation. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we confirm acceptance. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Please review your order and shipping information carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to change or cancel an order after fulfillment begins. Purchases are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale or export.

SECTION 4: PRICES, PAYMENT, AND TAXES

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown before the order is submitted. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all authorized charges.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Current delivery estimates and any shipping charge are shown before purchase and explained in the Shipping and Delivery policy. Delays can result from processing, carriers, customs, weather, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated or legally required time.

SECTION 6: RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged items, missing items, and incorrect items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Contact support@earnsitskeep.com promptly if there is a problem with an order. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

SECTION 7: ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content in violation of law, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe another person's rights, or use the site for unlawful activity. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

SECTION 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The store's original text, design, branding, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Earns Its Keep and are protected by applicable law. Product and company names owned by others remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes only and may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

SECTION 9: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

The store relies on third-party services for hosting, payment, analytics, communication, and fulfillment. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. Links to unrelated third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or practices.

Earns Its Keep is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through this store are transactions directly with Earns Its Keep, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer support, or other aspects of sales between you and Earns Its Keep, except for services Shopify separately provides under its own terms.

SECTION 10: PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to host and operate the store. By using the site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in the applicable privacy policies.

SECTION 11: FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you submit feedback, reviews, images, suggestions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant Earns Its Keep a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

SECTION 12: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

SECTION 13: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earns Its Keep and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the site, an order, or a product. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

SECTION 14: INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Earns Its Keep harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs resulting from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the site, or infringement of another person's rights.

SECTION 15: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.

SECTION 16: SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

SECTION 17: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
